Q. I want to upgrade to Premier/ xLite Plan from Lite Plan. Please assist.

If you are a Lite Plan user and want to upgrade to xLite or Premier plan, then you are required to purchase a new license by going to your Dashboard > Subscription Details right below the Device Information, click "Add new" and purchase your upgraded plan. Then contact the customer support team to get it adjust in your current account.

Keep in mind that the app version should be higher than 1.3.1 else you will be required to re-install the app.
