Q. Why the data does not upload quickly?

Followings can be the reason of not getting any data: 

  1. Your target device’s free space would be almost full. Make sure 1GB space is present in the target device
  2. Your target device’s Wifi/ Data package would be “OFF”. Make sure the target device has good internet connection
  3. If the last sync is up-to-date and data is not, then wait for some more time as it will surely upload the data. If you still think the data is not uploading then reboot the target device
  4. Make sure no anti-virus or any security app has been installed in the target device
