Q. My Lite Plan activation key is not working in switching process. Why?

Please inform about this issue to the Customer Support Officer so that the activation code can be reset from the back server. If the activation code is still not working then the new activation code will be generated for you.

    Hi, my account is still suspended, though have already renewed and have received confirmation email aswell.
